Aaron has a caring nature that is suited to customer service. He is able to advise a customer on the right products for their hair while he is in our Shampoo and Things shop or when he is working on clients in our salon.
Our customers love Aarons shampoo technique. He has started to build his own clientele with his treatments. I have no doubt that Aaron will be successful in pursuing his chosen career of hairdressing.”

What Cas thinks about Varda:

“I never enjoyed high school, but I was still really nervous about leaving school early and going into a hairdressing collage. I didn't know if I was even capable of being a hairdresser. However I loved my first few weeks and kept loving it until my last day 2 years later. I always felt that I was never good at anything in high school, but at Varda the support and encouragement I received from my tutors and the staff was amazing and made me feel confident about myself and what I was doing. They made my goals realistic and possible and I finally felt like I had found something I was good at. It was a bittersweet moment on my last day, I was sad to leave Varda, but cannot wait for what my future holds for me. Thank you Varda Academy”

What Ktizo thinks about Cas:

”We first noticed Cas at the Waikato Hairdressing Competitions and were impressed with her creative hair styling and willingness to compete at her level and stage of her career. After talking with her we were soon impressed with her attitude passion and work ethic. Cas is now full time at KTIZO Hair & Skin and is doing really well and advancing quickly. We think she is well on her way to an exciting and creative future with us, with the opportunity of session styling and makeup artistry already on the horizon."
